This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor / 3rd respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 06.12.2024 in W.M.P.(MD)No.25048 of 2024 in W.P.(MD)No. 1/3

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, by an order dated 06.12.2024, passed an order of interim injunction restraining the contemnor from convening general body meeting on 07.12.2024. Thereafter, as many as 23 members out of 25 members have convened meeting on 10.08.2025.
