Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 07.08.2017 and investigation has not been completed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Sunday 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
