RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Condition No.(ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, for interrogation imposed in Crl O.P(MD) No.24222 of 2016 dated 05.01.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY,GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed in the Criminal Original petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is under the fear of life threat since it is a case of retaliation murder.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Thirumangalam Taluk Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.until further orders and also appear before the respondent Police as and when required on receipt of summons. sd/- 01/02/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
