RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant further 3 Months time to file the final Report in Crl. M. P. (MD) NO. 1010 of 2016 in Crl. OP(MD) NO. 14537 of 2015 dated 15.02.2016 before the competent court and pass order as deemed fit. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.T.SELVAM, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is an application, seeking further three months time to file final report in Crime No.42 of 2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the petitioners would submit that already 65 witnesses have been examined and there are lot of witnesses yet to be examined and therefore, further time is needed to file final report. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that extension of time has already been granted twice and therefore, the petitioners should be directed to file final report within a short time of two months.

4.Considering the representation made by both sides, as a last chance, two months time is granted to the petitioners to file final report in Crime No.42 of 2014.

5.This petition is closed accordingly.
