ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar, transferring patta in favour of some third parties.

2.Admittedly, against the order passed by the Tahsildar, an appeal is provided before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Thereafter, another revision is also available before the District Revenue Officer. Without availing alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot maintain the present writ petition challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority if he is so advised. No costs.
