RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period for the order passed by the Honble Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 24905 of 2015 dated on 29/12/2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHVAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.24905 of 2015, dated 29.12.2015.
2. This Court, by order dated 2912.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 24905 of 2015 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.
