(CRIME.NO. 10 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD).No.14800 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14800 of 2020 on 16.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 17.01.2021. Thereafter, since he was suffered liver disease, he was not able to comply with the condition from 24.02.2021 and he was taken treatment at PSG Hospitals, Coimbatore, on 24.02.2021. Thereafter, he was discharged from the hospital on 27.02.2021. He further submitted that the Doctor advised him to take for review in the medicine, and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1805 of 2021 4.From the Medical Report, it is seen that the petitioner is now stable and he is under medicine.

5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14800 of 2020 on 16.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
