ORDER
The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 30.05.2017 seeking to cancel the entries made in UDR patta in the name of some third parties. The appeal was also taken on file by the first respondent and he has directed the second respondent to file a report. But, so far, no order has been passed in the appeal. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above circumstances, the respondents are directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.05.2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and rival claimants.
3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
