ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 03.02.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he received life threat due to his social activities and thereby, he sent a representation for police protection through representation dated 03.02.2025 to the respondents no.1 to 3 and the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2025 and the same was considered and after enquiry, the complaint was closed on 14.02.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

Government Officials to give police protection, but there is no mention about the particular person against whom he sought for police protection and the petitioner has also already lodged a complaint as against one Tamilan and 4th respondent/ Perumal and F.I.R in Crime No.3 of 2025 has been registered. Therefore, if any threats made by anybody, he can approach the concerned police for the specific acts done by the individuals. If any such petition is received by the concerned police, they can act in accordance with law on merits.
5. With the above said observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
