ORDER

As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, there is a dispute between the petitioner on one hand and the private respondents on the other.

2. The petitioner wants to stop the construction in the petition mentioned land by the private respondents. Invocation of writ jurisdiction is misconceived. The petitioner has to go to the jurisdictional civil Court for getting a relief. 2/4
