When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought liberty to approach the newly constituted Committee, since the earlier Committee is no more in existence.

2.In view of above, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the newly constituted Committee afresh, this writ petition is closed.

3.In the light of the above, no order needs to be passed in the miscellaneous petition seeking for impleading and the same stands closed and consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
