ORDER

The writ petition is filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent / the Assistant Registrar, 32-A, Kundumacha Naikenpatti, Collectorate Post, Karur, to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2020 and to dispose of the same. 2.Since the matter raised by the petitioner is pending adjudication, it will be inappropriate on the part of this Court to examine the facts. However, it is suffice to point out that the complaint dated 08.01.2020 has been received from first respondent / the Assistant Registrar, 32-A, Kundumacha Naikenpatti, Collectorate Post, Karur. In this connection, a letter No.8074/Writ/2020 dated 03.03.2020 has also been produced before this Court. The relevant portion of the same is as follows:

"In this connection, I am to state that the complaint dated 08.01.2020 of the petitioner Thiru.B.Nagappan as referred to in para 5 of the affidavit in W.P.(MD) No.3768 of 2020 has been received in this Commission and assigned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.3768 of 2020 N.C.No.216/E/2020 and the Commission ordered to conduct enquiry on 27.03.2020 at Karur District Collectorate." 3.In view of the said position, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any other order, he is at liberty to approach this Court once again. No costs.
