This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and adequate protection to perform the program of 'Aadal Padal' on 15.01.2018 night at Arulmigu Sri Karuppana Samy Thirukovil is situated at Muthalapuram Village, Sevugampatti Post, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Heard, Mr.R.Karthic Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that every year the village people are celebrating the festival by conducting the programs such as 'Adal Padal Programme', likewise, on 15.01.2018, also they decided to celebrate the festival at the above said temple and for that, they have already given a representation to the second respondent and no order has been passed till now. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has not raised any serious objection.

5.Considering the above said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 11.01.2018.

6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
