3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2021, made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14807 of 2021, is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
