Prayer: Review Application filed under Order XLVII Rules 1 and Section 114 of CPC r/w Article 226 of Constitution of India, to allow this review petition by reviewing the order passed by the learned judge in W.P.(MD)No.6847 of 2013 dated 08.06.2015. Prayer in WP(MD). 6847/ 2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court TO issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 17/04/2013 in Pa.Mu.Pi432708-2012, and Quash the same and consequently forbearing the 4th respondent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in S.No.12/2A in Melapasalai Village, Keelapasalai Group, Manamaudurai Taluk, Sivaganga District of an extent of 6 acres 38 cents.
