the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that FIR in Crime No.101 of 2024 was registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 323 IPC which are bailable offences. Hence, anticipatory bail does not arise.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
