ORDER

The revision petitioner / appellant filed this Revision to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in un filed CMA.No.... 2020 by the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai, filed by this petitioner to condone the delay of 1332 days in filing CMA against the order passed in I.A.No.266 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. No adverse order passed against the respondents and hence, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. The Interim application in I.A.No.266 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for temporary injunction not to alienate the property. On perusal of the records it is seen that, the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for declaration and injunction and the same is pending from 2014. So, the present interim application is not necessary. The learned District Munsif, Aruppukkottai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
