ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent damaged the building of the Corporation as well as the petitioner's premises and therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.02.2018 before the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already issued a show cause notice to the third respondent for taking action against the third respondent. 4.In the above circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.3952 of 2018 is closed.
