Though the petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus for direction to the respondents to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 11.11.2024, it is brought to my notice by the learned Government Advocate that the authorities have already fixed the date of survey as 17.02.2025 at 11.00 a.m. 2.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, I do not see any requirement for passing positive directions. The petitioner shall co-operate with the official respondents at the time of conducting survey. 3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed.
