This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to fourth respondent or any other Honest Officer in Crime No.81 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that the action has been dropped in Crime No.81 of 2014 on 09.02.2015 finding no merits on the complaint of the petitioner and Referred charge sheet notice has been forwarded to the petitioner through Registered Post. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed granting liberty to move by way of protest petition, if such course is considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
