ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to issue patta on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 15.12.2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has purchased house-sites on 07.01.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application seeking to issue patta before the respondent on 15.12.2017. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
