O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, vide Judgment dated 09.02.2024 in S.C.No.101 of 2009 ,the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This the second application for suspension of sentence and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 11.11.2024 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition for suspension of sentence.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
