O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Sale Deed No. 3440/2023 dated 13.10.2023 and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to remove the entry of the Sale Deed from the Registrar Book No. I. 2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents 4 and 5. Perused the materials on record.

3.On perusal of entire allegations, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner, what she could not achieve in the Civil Court trying to achieve by way of writ petition. The matter in dispute has to be decided by the Civil Court and not before the writ Court. 2/5

4.The learned Senior Counsel also fairly admitted the legal position in this regard.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the civil Court in accordance with law, if she is so advised.
