Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2. A report dated 18.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti, reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 23.08.2017 onwards.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
