Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.14047/E1/99 dated 20.06.2006, and quash the same, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to treat the appointment of the petitioner on 15.07.1978 in the cadre of Assistant Professor as per G.O.Ms.No.613, Education Department, dated 27.03.1978 and give all the benefits consequential to that appointment.
