Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PAVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8598 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.464 of 2019, dated 25.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8598 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.464 of 2019, dated 25.11.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2115 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8598 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.464 of 2019, dated 25.11.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
