ORDER

These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 155 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench within a period of one week from the date of 2/3
