ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 24.12.2014. Since the respondent did not register the case, the present petition was filed. The matter was referred to Mediation for amicable settlement, but, due to non co-operation of the proposed accused, the matter was not settled and hence, the matter was sent back to this court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint given on 24.12.2014 is not available and if the petitioner gives a fresh complaint, the third respondent is ready to take action.

5. In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the third respondent within a period of one week and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and take action as per law expeditiously.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
