PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner's.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering in the civil dispute between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner's.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.12.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
