ORDER
The petitioner, who stands accused of offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 427 & 506(i) I.P.C. seeks quash of the proceedings in Crime No.332 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents Police.
3. Today, a joint compromise memo has been filed informs of the matter amicably having been settled, in which, both the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant and also their respective counsel signed.
5. In such circumstances, accepts the memo of compromise, all further proceedings in Crime.No.332 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police shall stand quashed. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the record.
