Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner husband namely Venkatesh @ Viji, S/o. Samydevar, aged 36 years oldman resident of Vadakarai, Ariyanayagipuram, Mukkoddal, Thirunelveli District before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband by name Venkatesh @ Viji, aged about 36 years, is found missing from 09.11.2020, the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondents police. But, so far no action has been taken by the respondents police to secure the detenu. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the respondent police has produced the detenu and on enquiry, he would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.327 of 2021 submit that due to a matrimonial dispute, he left the house and residing at Sivagangai and he is a mason.
3. Considering the above facts, the detenu is not illegal detained as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
