ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 99 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police within the period of one month.
2. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'. It is informed that Referred Charge Sheet notice has been served on the petitioner.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file protest petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
