Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Praying this Court to modify the order of the Learned Additional District Judge(Fast Track) Court, Tenkasi passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 dated 02.12.2020 in O.S.No.64 of 2015, appoint a Commissioner and direct the Additional District Judge, Tenkasi to handover all the relevant documents to him and execute the warrant by examining witness Ramakrishnan Chettiar as per law and submit his evidence and documents in the court of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track) Court, Tenkasi.
