PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records concerning Cr.No.598 of 2014 on the file of the Vadipatti Police Station, Madurai and to quash the same as against the petitioner / accused No.1 since there is no merits and truths in the FIR. O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.598 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police registered for an offence under Sections 447, 420, 506(ii) IPC against the petitioner and another.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.It is seen from the FIR that there are specific allegations against the petitioner and all the allegations are serious in nature. Therefore, the FIR cannot be quashed on its threshold. It has to be investigated in depth.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
