No. 8 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, shenkottai and strike off the same. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated, 29.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.A1/15840/2023 dated 24.08.2023,this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 29.11.2022, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai, to dispose the DVA No.8 of 2021 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, has sent a letter dated 21.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.3496/2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of time to dispose of DVA No.8 of 2021. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of DVA. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, in the above letter, the time for disposing DVA, is extended by another one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
