ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23693 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 47 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 47 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 23693 of 2025 on 19.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 23693 of 2025 on 19.12.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for investigation." 12-02-2026 jbr To
