Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the revision petition dated 24.01.2020 preferred by the petitioner regarding regularization of service from the date of initial appointment I.e., on 21.03.1995 onwards in the light of recommendations made by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 03.04.2018 and recommendation made by the second respondent in his proceedings dated 11.12.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.When the petitioner's request for regularization came to be denied through a letter dated 19.12.2019 by the first respondent herein, the petitioner claims to have given a representation dated 24.01.2020 seeking for reconsideration of the decision taken by the first respondent.

3. The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2020. Though the petitioner has termed the representation as a review petition, the request is in the nature of a representation.
4.In these circumstances, no prejudice would be caused to the first respondent if a direction is given to consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 5.In the light of the above observations, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.01.2020 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its view with regard to the claim made by the petitioner in his representation and it is for the first respondent to consider it in accordance with law.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
