ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in *Crime No. 203 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The petitioner is the sole accused for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 336 and 506(i) of I.P.C. 3.Today, the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and therefore, the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case. 4.In the light of the said Mediation Report, no purpose will be served by keeping the Criminal Original Petition pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the FIR in Crime No.203 of 2011 pending on the file of the first respondent, is quashed. The Mediation Report shall form part of the record. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
