Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6371 of 2016, dated 14.06.2016.
2. This Court, by order dated 14.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6371 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, they prays for extension of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
