ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, on 31.01.2023, the accused has abused the defacto complainant with filthy language, assaulted him with stick and also criminally threatened him. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having 3 previous cases to his credit and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 6.Considering the nature of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
