ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22895 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 26 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22895 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.189 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
