123 of 2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 12.02.2017 and investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed and taken on file in S.C.No.69 of 2017 by the IInd Additional Sessions Judge (P.C.R.), Tirunelveli. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
