(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner and her daughter appeared before this Court. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that, the list of documents pertaining to the daughter of the petitioner, who is the student, are available in the Branch of the Bank. Also, some more documents pertaining to the petitioner like, Bank Passbook and other related documents of the petitioner are also available with the Bank. Those documents can be returned back to the petitioner in the presence of the learned counsel for the petitioner after getting due acknowledgment. In respect of other documents or any other goods which are lying in the premises or in the Branch of the Bank, it cannot be provided unless the lis is completed. 3.
The said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank is recorded.

Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondent Bank to hand over the documents as indicated above pertain to the petitioner as well as the daughter of the petitioner namely, Harsika, within two days. 5.
With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that, with regard to the other claim made by the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to approach the conerned forum.
