Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records in Crime.No.170 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same. Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition Affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this court, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.Rajarajan, Government Advocate on behalf of the first Respondent, this court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to restore Crl.OP.(MD). No.8977 of 2016, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 28.06.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has no objection for restoration. It is also submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled and therefore, the petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ restoration can be allowed.

3.Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the application for restoration is allowed.
