ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 of the NDPS Act, in Crime No.41 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. The petitioner's counsel would point out that the co-accused had been acquitted in this case. The next hearing date is 28.02.2020.

4.The case involves commercial quantity. The petitioner is having previous cases. Therefore, I am of the view that it is not possible to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
