O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying to change the investigation from the hands of the third respondent in respect of Crime No.186 of 2014 to some other competent agency.

2. The petitioner, who unfortunately has lost her husband in a hit and run accident, seeks transfer of investigation since till date investigation stands not completed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4. On a perusal of records, it is seen that the case has been registered only on 5.5.2014. Considering the nature of the case, this Court is not inclined favourably to consider this petition. This petition shall stand dismissed.
