RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 18.07.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9179 of 2017 on the file of this Honorable High Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAMESH ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR,ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2.A report dated 19.09.2017 received from District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Shencottai,reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 21.07.2017 to 19.09.2017. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed on 30.06.2017,however, the same has not been taken on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
