The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2025 in CSR.No.237/2025 and to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
