ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A. No. 4 of 2021 in O.S. No. 190 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 05.01.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time. However, this Court has verified in the e-Court Portal and it is seen that the suit in O.S.No.190 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, is already disposed of. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication.

3.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
