ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 326, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The complainant is one Geetharamani. This Court went through the contents of the said complaint. Though, the First Information Report has not been registered, there is sufficient foundation to the petitioner to apprehend that they may be arrested. 4.Taking note of the above said facts and circumstances, Since there is a property dispute, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
